His enthusiasm for our schools is evident through his active involvement in the community, where he volunteers tirelessly, collaborating closely with parents to understand and address the specific needs of our children. I believe in an open and transparent relationship between the school board and the community. Trust is built on communication, and I am deeply committed to the value of integrity. What that means to me, is that we must create more spaces for open dialogue between parents, teachers, the district, and community members. I will have an open door policy, where community members can always connect with me about what’s important to them. I will also be committed to taking what we do at the dais and making it translatable for you. I am committed to working hand-in-hand with Ridgefield residents to ensure every decision serves the best interests of our kids.
We have passionate people here in Ridgefield, who care deeply about this community. I understand that a thriving community thrives on diverse perspectives. I value the input of parents, teachers, students, and every community member because I truly believe that when we listen, we learn.
